I called to request a late check out time for the Sunday because we did not arrive until 10pm in the Friday but was told we had to pay $50 for an extra hour and half. Nowhere to leave our bags when we did leave. There was also secure parking under the building. Although we didn't use the local buses, there looked to be frequent services to Bondi, Randwick and the city. It was clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and amenities were provided - shampoo, conditioner, soap, tea, coffee and sugar. We would have liked milk as well however there is a convenience shop just across the road. The property is also very close to Coogee Beach and lots of dining venues. Carpet was filthy, the couch had a huge rip, paint was peeling off the ceiling in both bathrooms, molding was left unfinished with sharp edges at the entrance of the kitchen, bathroom tile had mildew- overall the apartment was filthy. I wouldn’t stay there again due to the condition of the apartment. We were in a 3 bed 2 bath unit with a good sized porch. The apartment was everything we needed, extremely comfortable with excellent A/C, and had a well-appointed kitchen.
