Welcome to your spacious and private space in Seaforth! This beautiful air-conditioned 2-bedroom duplex offers the top floor of a semi-detached house with private access as well as views of the Sydney CBD skyline and NYE fireworks, modern amenities, and an unbeatable location near beaches, nature trails, and easy transport links.  
Available from November, until end of January. Feel free to send me a message if you're interested.
