For the apartment due to the strata by-law, smoking in the balcony is not allowed. This penalty carries a monetary penalty of up to $1,100. #Pets I love dog and have my own Labrador, but NO pet is allowed to stay in this apartment. \# Moving Furniture and Items If you move anything from one location to another, please inform the host before moving it and return it back to its original location before you check out. We also ask you to move the item(s) carefully without causing any damage to the item(s) itself or the property, otherwise you may be held liable for any damages to the item(s) or property. \# Rubbish -You do not have to thoroughly clean the property, however, please make a reasonable effort to clean up after yourself, especially when there are children or holding party. - All rubbish must be picked up and placed in bins including small items like wrappers and bottle lids. - Please leave NO food inside the refrigerator or cabinets as well. - Please take all the rubbish to the garbage room of the building and dispose them in proper bins before you check-out. Please check the guidebook to find the location of the Rubbish Room. !! If the property is left in an unsatisfactory state, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee.
