"When I came to check in the first day I was in a lot of pain from an injury. All I wanted to do was rest. The employees were kind and courteous and made me feel right at home. Every time I came to the lobby or had an inquiry or needed something, the staff was warm friendly and welcoming. I want to mainly give Robert a shot out and make sure everyone knows what a helpful manager the Aurora, IL location has. Robert was beyond helpful and kind and always asking me if I needed help due to my injury. And he ALWAYS kept a smile on his face! The world needs more Robert’s! "
