"Hotel staff was great. Nuria was very informative on local activities and getting us to where we wanted to go. We were able to get to a viewing site for the Matterhorn thanks to her help. Room was large and comfortable. Bathroom and shower were nice and spacious. One of the few hotels that I actually didn't want to leave, because I was comfortable there. "

"Great location with fantastic staff, room is *very* small, and lacks ammenities compared to what i expect, there's just hand soap and that's it. Not sure if this is normal or not, but every hotel I've been too has had toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, tea making facilities etc. Was kinda a bummer because it meant I had to go buy big bottles that I could only use once or twice."

"I loved this hotel! It's beautiful, the people were very nice, and the rooms were lovely and clean. The bed was so comfortable! Breakfast was amazing and the view was even better. We also had dinner at the hotel since we couldn't find anywhere else to eat because there were no reservations available, which was fine with us because the food in the restaurant was great! my mom had the salad and the kraut salat tasted just how my oma made it so definitely has my seal of approval. "We had 2 nights here and the stay was amazing. We had a free upgrade to deluxe room and it was so spacious and clean. Love their breakfast esp the diy stations! Only thing was the wifi was on and off breaking."

"For the price and a one night stay it is very doable. Rooms are tiny and the stairs are scary but there is a small elevator which helps a lot! Breakfast very limited but does the job to start the day!"
