This comfortable, two-storey apartment is the perfect base for families or a group of friends wishing to discover the charms of Swinoujscie. From the threshold, you can feel the cosy atmosphere of this 50-square-metre flat. On the ground floor, there is a sunny living room that invites you to spend time together. The sunny living room is dominated by a calm colour palette, with a beige sofa with a sleeping function that invites you to relax after an eventful day. A TV and complimentary WiFi provide entertainment during the evening. At the table with four upholstered chairs, you can enjoy a meal together or play board games. The living room leads out onto the balcony, where you can start the day with a cup of aromatic coffee or relax after an eventful day. The kitchenette has been designed with guests' comfort in mind. It is equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, induction hob, oven and fridge with freezer. The functional space and the available kitchen utensils allow you to prepare your favourite dishes. A wooden staircase leads to the upper level of the apartment, where you will find a quiet and peaceful bedroom. A comfortable double bed will wrap you up for a good night's sleep, while a practical chest of drawers and holds all your essentials. An additional TV in the bedroom will allow you a moment of privacy. From the bedroom you can access the terrace with garden furniture and a swing, offering additional space for outdoor relaxation. The area has no shortage of charming parks and green areas, ideal for family walks and active recreation. Near the apartment there is the Navy Yacht Club ‘Kotwica’ and a marina on the Swina River, which is an undoubted advantage for sailing enthusiasts. The extensive shopping and service infrastructure ensures comfort during any stay. For families with children, there are playgrounds and other attractions in close proximity. There is a calm and friendly atmosphere, ideal for a holiday break. Take a walk along the promenade (2.5 km) admiring the architecture and enjoying the many tourist attractions. The distance to the beautiful sandy beach is approximately 3 km. For those using public transport, there are bus stops nearby, from which you can easily reach the city centre, the harbour or other parts of Świnoujście.
