The apartment, located on the first floor of a modern building, is an excellent choice for couples, families with children or business travelers who value comfort, functionality and interior aesthetics. The 38 m² space was designed for the comfort of up to four people. The apartment has a cozy bedroom with a large double bed, and a double sofa bed in the living room, which serves as an additional sleeping area. The interior is decorated in a bright, modern style with accents of gray and yellow, and large windows provide access to natural light. The living room also features a desk for convenient remote working. The kitchenette has been fully equipped - there is an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, overflow coffee maker, electric kettle and refrigerator. The apartment at 2G Barlickiego Street in Swinoujscie is located in a quiet, green part of the city, just a few minutes' walk from the Swina River and one of the main ferry crossings, which is not only a practical connection to the center, but also an attraction in itself. The location provides excellent access to public transportation - there is a train station about 400 meters away, and numerous bus stops are available nearby, enabling efficient travel throughout Swinoujscie. There is no shortage of service and retail outlets in the area. Restaurants and eateries are also available in the immediate vicinity. For nature lovers and strollers, the nearby Spa Park, as well as the seaside promenade and wide, sandy beach, which can be reached by ferry, will be an excellent destination. It is also worth visiting nearby tourist attractions, such as the Sea Fisheries Museum, the Lighthouse and the characteristic Mill Pond - a symbol of Swinoujscie. The building itself, in which the apartment is located, is modern, equipped with an elevator and adapted to the needs of people with limited mobility - it has wide passageways and no architectural barriers. A parking space in the underground garage is available for motorized guests, which is an additional advantage of this location.
