We were locked out of our room for about an hour after we checked in, and left for the pool. Multiple key cards didn't work and there was no physical key on site. After about half an hour, we were offered a separate room to wait in so our kids could warm up. Once we were back in, noticed that one latch for the exterior door was busted right off. The interior door didn't have a working lock since the battery for keycard was dead. The power bar and lamp were broken in the room. This place could use some maintenance so it doesn't feel abandoned. Staff were helpful in getting access into our room.

This hotel is quite dated and the breakfast is minimal with no service staff around. The upside - decent price for a comfortable, clean place to spend a night.

Property is very dated, no way to secure the room like other hotels, latch to lock the doors were broken off on hall way and parking lot sides. Heat didn’t work in the room, so temperature was very cold with it being March in Saskatchewan. Informed the front desk and was just told “sorry”

Hotel is old and needing repair but clean and comfy. Breakfast was simple but good for choice. We asked if pool was open - it was but waterslide was closed and hotel failed to let us know. Price was right. Won’t be back

Half the plug receptacles did not work. Shower was dirty around the chalking. Very old and dated rooms. Ceramic heater in the room because the base board heaters were not sufficient. Not even a 1 star accommodation. Thats what happens when you book online and no refunds.

Staff friendly but I had to watch and insist on a refund for my service dog after check in charged me even after we discussed this. Breakfast was such a poor offering I just left and got Tim’s - which is not the greatest either! Carpets and Decore needs upgrade.

It was a OK kind of place. Not horrible but nothing fantastic. To check in ther was no one at front desk had to wait for someone. Room was just ok. Was clean but nothing about it was awesome but for what we paid it was good.

Staff was friendly. Room and linens were clean. Room was dated and had many issues. Open wires on heater, old thermostat that didn’t work, iron burn on chair, holes in the walls, stains on old carpet, sink falling off wall and stains in tub just to name a few things. Bed comfort was a 4/10. Thanks.

Not worth it.
Thermostat in room was broken so there was no way to turn the heat down and it was super hot in there. There was garbage piled up in the lobby when we arrived. The door to get to the free breakfast was blocked so we had to walk outside around the hotel to get access to breakfast. The free breakfast was pretty sparse - essentially toast and cereal. There weren’t even lids for the coffee cups. The water slide is only open from 5-9pm.

Just don’t - we stayed here as a team. Rooms are very dated, carpet is stained throughout the hotel. Walls are dirty. Rooms had bugs and a few had mice. The only positive was the Chinese restaurant in hotel, which was amazing - but was not ran by the same people as the hotel.

Dated but very clean and maintained. Great value for a quick road trip stay! They also allowed us to have our pet with us, for a small fee. Great walking paths just down the way.

- I did not like the "free" breakfast. It was more of a continental breakfast wit little variety. - I did not like that I had to first leave my room and walk outside around the building to access the breakfast venue. - The bed mattress is needing to be replaced. - the whole facility is very dated.

Like many properties, this one is showing its age. The staff were great. The room didn't have creamer for coffee and one waste can hadn't been emptied from the previous stay.
