Dont stay here!
False advertising. No bar. No restaurant. Free breakfast is cereal or a pkgd muffin. Safety was a concern as the inside lock on the door was broken and there was about an inch gap or more under the door. There were unsavory characters milling around the parking lot all night long. The room was every bitof 100 degrees. The AC unit was off when we arrived to our room and it struggled all night to cool the room. It was miserable. It didnt get cool until the next morning at about 10 am. The bed was very very very firm. Pillows moderately soft and super hot. The light above the sink outside of the bathroom was very dim and i couldn't see well enough to put my makeup on. The tv has only about 4 or 5 local stations...no cable. I wish i would have paid the extra 20 dollars and stayed somewhere else. I will never stay somewhere that has the wyndham name attached to it again. This was a horrible experience.

Good Evening Bethany,I am so sorry your stay with us was not pleasant. Our restaurant/bar is closed, we do offer a complimentary continental breakfast from 6AM - 9AM that includes bread, bagel, fruits, yogurt, and multiple juices. Unfortunately this year it has been the hottest year in Texas. Thank you for bring the channels to our attention, we will have look into the room you were in. We offer over 200 channels in addition to free WiFi. My team and I are truly sorry we were not able to make your stay comfortable..

My wife went on hotels.com to get me a room since I’m out of town on business. When I arrived they couldn’t find the room, despite it already being booked, paid for & confirmed 2 hours earlier. Spent over an hour trying to get it sorted out & never did. I eventually left, went to a different hotel & booked myself. I did at least get a refund since my company was paying for it. Very frustrating!

Overall it was good. I would say that there were some cosmetic maintenance things that could happen that would make it feel nicer, but overall it was good. The staff were super nice and friendly at check in. It felt safe. The bed was pretty comfortable for me, which is saying something because I tend to have back issues.

Room was a good value as we were only looking for a place to sleep for the night. Hotel didn’t have cable/WiFi because of a service problem but again not an issue as we got in late and left early. Breakfast is minimal but that was factored into price we wanted to pay.

Nice and very clean, hotel, super friendly staff. Pleasant surprise!! Nothing too fancy but all clean and works well, very well maintained, although it’s not a newer hotel Kudos for the management and staff

Great place
I was here for work and the staff are friendly and professional. I liked how the room was clean and remodeled, big screen tv, the room was clean thoroughly throughout the week.. the place is safe so no need to worry about parking lot. I recommend it to anyone passing by or staying from work etc. thank you.

The guy that worked the night shift was one of the best examples of customer service that I have ever experienced. We stayed the night after a long drive from Atlanta Georgia in a commercial truck. He offered his personal vehicle for us to use to go grab a meal. I have never experienced that type of service from any one and was impressed by the offer.

The door lock would not turn to dead bolt the door and there was no door security guard to reinforce safety. It had apparently been forced off as there were gouged out holes and bends in the steel door where the screws should have been. There were also dead bugs in the room. The beds, however were clean and comfortable and the staff friendly.

Air conditioner was not functioning and started to leak overnight. Soaking my work clothes and the surrounding area with moldy water. I advised the hotel and they said they dont have a maintenance person available to fix it. Wasnt offered any other options so I was forced to check out. Upon check out the Manager was extremely rude and refused to adress the $400 in Fire Resistant work clothing that was ruined.

There was no notice that the pool did not work in the 100 plus Texas heat. Very Hard to get up and down the awkward stairs. Smoking rooms were right next to non smoking rooms with guest smoking outside your room. Clean up service didn't come at all one day.

The property wasn’t bad but you pay for what you get & it was less than the property next door. We only needed a few hours sleep but: no hot water in the shower; had to remove toilet tank top to flush the toilet; coffee maker wouldn’t turn on; & there was a dead roach on the floor. Did get a good night’s sleep but next time we’re paying more $ to avoid these things!

It was a bed and a bathroom, nothing more. The linens looked dirty. The gas station close by was scary. I was hassled and sworn at by a trucker because I was wearing a mask due to my immunocompromised health.
