"Always a great stay, we did have a small issue this time around, but they immediately changed rooms and upgraded us. Always my go to in Austin! The rooms are nicer than high end hotels more cost effective. "

"Property and rooms were very clean. Biggest downfall was the construction outside of property making it hard to get onto I35 service road but show me a bigger city that doesn't have construction going on. Overall, the people were actually pretty nice about stopping and letting you in."

"Everything was awesome except for the noisy AC unit which ran almost continuously to keep the room comfortable. The bathroom was spectacular and private even with both of us in the room together. Housekeeping services and amenities like the bar, coffee shop and valet were all lovely. The atmosphere was also rather upscale which I thoroughly enjoyed. The view of downtown from my room was just ok, but I wasn't there to enjoy the view! "
