There was a spot for a child gate at the top of basement stairs but no gate in house and they brought one over for us first thing the next morning. And they even had games for kids, which was a great touch. Everything you could possibly need from kitchen gadgets to toiletries were provided. Very clean and well kept. Goodies were in the fridge awaiting our arrival. We had a small hiccup with the ac which I wouldn’t even mention but I want to give the hosts a shoutout AAA plus service. It was repaired in less than 4 hours on a Sunday! Great communication! This house worked perfectly for all ages! The kitchen/dining room was perfect for meals and hanging out. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. There were plenty of kitchen supplies and everything else we needed during our stay. The town of Livingston is adorable. I’d love to come back in the summer time and do more outdoor activities.
