"I was torn about writing this review. When I first got to the hotel I loved it, I said to my sons that this was where we would stay from now on when we come to Philadelphia, which we come to often. The location was great, many dining options within 5 minute walk, and nightlife the same. The love affair ended when going to sleep, which no one was able to do. The lumpy mattresses and horrible pillows made getting any sleep nearly impossible. It wasnt just me, as no one in my group slept well either. With so many choices in the area, I will be passing on this hotel next time. Shame, I wanted to love it."

"The room had no heat was 44 degrees outside and the heat was closing cold air we called the front desk and all they said was you know this an old building and they bought us a portable heater and 2 blankets the thermostat in room said 55 degrees. Just horrible!! There were no bathroom amenities like nothing"

"Loved the location ! Very close and convenient to get to all the attractions especially if you’re choosing to walk. The room it self was the perfect size for our stay. Unfortunately it wasn’t cleaned completely. The bath tub and the sink both had slow draining clogs. Not unbearable since our stay was only for a night any longer I would have been very disappointed. Parking was 40.00 a day but not to crazy. Loved the garage was next to the hotel so very convenient as well."

"Staffs at the front desk treated me like a stranger and didn't listen to me. I asked quiet room as I can't sleep in the noisy environment. She gave me the room next to Elevator. I have to go down and demannd to change the room. surprisingly ignorant !!!"

"Pool has been permanently closed. With a child this ruined the trip. And when I called a week prior was not told about any permanent closing of the pool when I even told the lady how excited my son was to swim in the pool. Room smells and floor dirty. "

"Everything was perfect. Just one suggestion: demonstrate concern for the environment with something besides plastic bottles upon arriving. Also re-use towels—things like that. Just a suggestion. "
