Wake Up Grateful and ready for the day at this cozy lakefront home. Brew a fresh cup of coffee, and sip it on the deck as you overlook the yard to the lake as the fresh lake breeze hits your face and nose. Get ready for the day and head out on the boat for a fun-filled lake day making sure to stop at the various lakefront restaurants for lunch or dinner, and the creamery for dessert! Looking to explore the are by land? No worries, this home is located about 10miles from the heart of the lake area that boasts plenty of activities like ax-throwing, mini golf, go karts, hiking, and the four-season Wisp Resort. For the golfing fans, you’re in luck. The Thousand Acres Golf Course is less than 5 minutes from the home. Bring your clubs and get some practice in during your stay! After spending you days exploring the area come home and enjoying a relaxing soak in the bubbles of the hot tub. Gather on the bean bag chairs the conversation pit in the living room and let the warmth of the fireplace fill the room as you throw on your favorite movie or TV series. Loved it so much we rebooked for next year
We had an amazing week at Wake Up Grateful. The property was tucked at the end of a cove so it was peaceful and had plenty of wildlife. Our older children came to visit for the weekend and the upstairs was the perfect place for them to have their own space. We also have family that lives near by so they were able to come down for dinners and enjoy the lake with us. There is so much open space in the home that we never felt cramped or on top of one another. The home was exactly as described and we can’t wait to go back next year.

One of the best!
So glad I found this place. Perfect house on the lake for a family getaway. The lake was beautiful. We loved sitting in the hot tub looking at the lake. Has a big yard to run around in. Lots of space in the house. Huge back porch with amazing views. The only issue we had was no bath tubs for the youngest to take baths in but we made the showers work. I have stayed at many houses at deep creek and this is by far our favorite.
