The house I ideally located close to the city, beach and theatre. Making it a perfect base whether you are a holiday maker, or for longer stays for contractors, crew and cast (we are close to the theatre and new swansea arena!) Recently renovated and furnished to a high standard, this property offering luxurious and comfortable living space and a great base for exploring Swansea and the Gower. We have a passion for property, creating beautiful spaces to allow guests to relax in a home from home. Boasting a private entrance, this spacious holiday home also includes 4 bedrooms, a seating area and 2 bathrooms with a bath and a shower. Guests will find a refrigerator, a dishwasher, kitchenware and a microwave in the kitchen. The holiday home also features a barbecue. The holiday home offers a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a washing machine, a dining area, a wardrobe as well as sea views.
