No smoking. Please note: This property has a security deposit of £350\. Sorry, no hen or stag parties. Couple and family bookings only.. Lime House has been renovated to a high standard in 2021, and comprises of living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a bathroom on this floor and a utility room. The first floor comprises of three bedrooms and on the second floor there is a shower room. There is a small courtyard to the rear of the property with garden furniture where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee.  
  
Located not far from the city of Swansea and its coast, this property is perfect whether it be a city break or for those looking to explore this fabulous area. Head over to Mumbles with its array of restaurants, bars and coffee shops, or visit the Gower which is 10 miles from the property and has some fabulous beaches and coastal walks, Llangennith and Rhossilli are also well worth a day trip. Worms Head at Rhossilli is a fantastic day out, where you could spot the resident seals and jelly fish as you climb over the rocks, the view at the top is just outstanding. Beach 6¾ miles.
