The location was very private and secluded with unimpeded views of the mountain landscape. The only issue that we encountered was that a bear chewed through the water line and drained our entire water supply. We notified the owner and he responded quickly and was able to restore water within hours of our calling. Overall was a great stay and would recommend this unit without hesitation.
