Surrounded by nature and still close to town, pet-friendly Solitude Ridge, the name says it all. In 15 minutes you can rideshare to vibrant downtown Asheville with some of the country's best breweries. Afterwards, you can grill and relax on your completely private deck. After quiet morning coffee in a rocking chair on the front porch, you could wander into the wild forest before grabbing breakfast in Black Mountain 10 minutes away. This simple home is the perfect place for your party of 7 to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of authentic Appalachia. About the Space Ample comfortable outdoor seating and plenty of space to lounge around, do yoga, and read a good book. Board games, books and Roku sticks to enjoy by the gas fireplace and a fully equipped workspace for those who need to take care of business. Guest access You'll have the whole house and backyard, as well as walking access (up the steep and wild mountain) to our little flat spot with a view at the top of our two acres. Of Note: The steep, paved driveway can add an exciting element for those who enjoy solitude in nature! Unfortunately it cannot accommodate guests with RVs or large trailers. There are stairs inside the home that are not suitable for young children, as they have a railing that children could easily climb through. We do not recommend that families with toddlers book our property.
