Your family and friends will enjoy this brand new townhome nestled along the banks of Rainey Creek and right in the heart of Swan Valley. Take a relaxing stroll along the bridge to the town's grocery store, quaint boutiques, and be sure to grab a scoop(or two) of Huck's famous square ice cream. As one of the best dry-fly fisheries in North America, Swan Valley provides excellent opportunities for world famous fishing, boating, hiking, and sight seeing. This 1,800 square foot townhome accommodates a large and well stocked kitchen, laundry room with a sink, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a living and dining room to gather for games and socializing . Two bedrooms are located upstairs with a full bathroom to share while the master and bunk room are found on the main level. Rest easy after a long day of adventures on Helix premium mattresses(not in bunk room) as you enjoy a movie on one of the several smart TVs located in every room. This home is conveniently located just 45 minutes from Idaho Falls, 10 minutes to Palisades Reservoir, 1 hour from Jackson Hole, and 1 hour from Grand Targhee Ski Resort. The location was amazing with quick access to Palisades reservoir and the surrounding area. Loved that there was a good sized garage to stash our toys in and plenty of parking. The house is clean and bright with just the right amount of touches. Sarah was very responsive and check in/check out was a breeze. There's a creek with ducks floating down the river at the back door. Just a few minutes to Fall Creek Falls and the Snake River and right off the Pine Creek mountain pass to Jackson Hole (45 miles).
