House has the essentials. Clean towels and linen provided along with shampoo and body wash. The cleaning fee can be adjusted based on the # of bedrooms/bathrooms being used. Babysitting services available upon request.

Fireplace should not be used during the summer months. It provides additional heat for the house.
PLEASE NOTE: The house is kid-friendly but not childproof. Additionally, the house is very suitable for couples and singles.

Early check-in and late check are sometimes available upon request.
BATHROOMS
The house runs on a septic system. Please dispose of all baby wipes, paper towels sanitary products and food scraps in the garbage instead of in the toilets. Bathrooms are equipped with disposable sanitary bags.
PROPERTY CONDITION & DAMAGES
All damages to the home will result in a cost to replace and/or repair. The tenant must report if any damages are present at the property within two hours of arrival. If there is no report of any damage, the tenant assumes responsibility for damages incurred during the rental period. Furniture, electronics, and artwork are not to be moved. Premises left dirtier than what is considered normal will result in additional cleaning costs.

#### Beautiful location, comfortable house
This property is very comfortable, on a lake, with access to swimming, kayaking and the host is easy to communicate with. Lots to do in terms of hiking, visiting different hamlets, the Bethel woods "Woodstock museum," places t to eat. The house has a grill but guests have to provide the propane tank. Because we only stayed a few days, it wouldn't be possible to buy our own propane tank, so it was a loss not to be able to grill outside. It would be lovely if there was an opportunity for short term guests to have access to the propane tank as part of the cost of the rental. Thanks for a lovely time.
