"The house and pool are lovely, spacious and well equipped. It’s situated about a 6-8 min drive from the nearest small town so it’s nice and quiet. The house has aircon and worked well for us with 3 kids all sharing a room. There was a slight issue about the host not providing dishwasher tablets but that was soon resolved."

"We loved the house and pool and all other nice things like the pool table and JBL box. There is a small supermarket in the village and beach is about 15 minutes by car. The village is small and quiet. The house is very convenient with well equipped kitchen and airconditioning. The bathroom could use an upgrade. The hosts are super friendly and gave us cake and fresh fruit. They helped us with questions and useful information. "

"Ein echt an Perfektion grenzender Urlaub in einem TOP-Haus. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Josip, der Besitzer, war immer erreichbar, was aber nicht nötig war, da alles vorhanden war und nix zu beanstanden war. Die Bilder in der Anzeige sprechen für sich und sind auch genau so anzutreffen! Das Haus ist ein über 150 Jahre altes Bauernhaus, welches innen und außen mit viel Liebe und Geschick sehr schön restauriert und eingerichtet ist! Kurzum, nur zu empfehlen!!!"

"It is a really nice house and pool. Nice and clean. It is located in a small, cozy town with three restaurants and several bars as well as a small supermarket. The location makes a car necessary. But it is easy to get around, for example to the beach and to larger cities. Can only be recommended!"

"Dario was a fabulous host who couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect. The house was built by Dario himself and he has thought of every convenience. The pictures do not do the house justice, it is set in a peaceful village but within easy drive (20mins) of Pula, Fazana, Rovinj. The aqua park is within 45 mins and the fabulous island of Brijuni is accessible by a 10 min ferry ride from Fazana, which is a must to visit. "Unser Aufenthalt war so wie wir es erwartet hatten. In unserer Unterkunft war alles an alltäglichen Gebrauchsgegenständen vorhanden. Der Kühlschrank ist nur leider für 8 Personen etwas zu klein, wir waren 6 Personen und auch da war es etwas knapp. Eine Klimaanlage war in bis auf einem Zimmer überall vorhanden. "Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. es gibt nur ein paar dinge die uns am Haus gestört haben. Das erst ist das die Schlafzimmer zur Wohnküche im Erdgeschoss total offen sind, es gibt keine Türen. Dadurch hört man alles im gesamten Haus. Das zweite ist, das der Pool nicht so gereinigt wurde wie der Ansprechpartner vor Ort uns dies zugesichert hatte, wir mussten mehrfach hinterher Telefonieren. Sonst war alle super schön."

"Die Kommunikation bei der Anreise war perfekt. Empfangen wurden wir von unserer herzlichen Gastgeberin Anamarija. Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und das gesamte Grundstück sehr gepflegt Im Haus fehlte es an nichts (Seifen, Spülmittel, Waschmittel, usw. alles vorhanden). Anamarija ist eine sehr liebe Person, die jederzeit und schnell geholfen hat. "We spent fantastic week at Villa Orijana. If you are looking for silence, calm and relaxing surrounding - book now! Localisation gives a good chance to go around Istria and feel the region. For us and for kids it was amazing, we were looking for relaxing time - and we have found it. The house is very nice, having all needed things or even more then is needed (there was also needle and thread :)) . Kitchen is full of stuff.
