Villa Fierra is located in Svetvinčenat, a small Istrian gem, perfect for accommodating up to 14 people. The spacious yard is equipped with an outdoor dining area, barbecue, and a large overflow pool, ideal for refreshing during the summer months. On the ground floor of the villa, there is a bedroom with a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a dining area, while downstairs, there is another bedroom with a bathroom. On the first floor of the villa, there are 5 more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. All rooms have double beds (160x200cm), TVs, and air conditioning.This villa is perfect for a family vacation in the heart of Istria. Pets are allowed for an additional fee of 15 EUR per day per pet.The villa's yard is completely fenced, except at the driveway entrance.
