Semi-detached house "Ondina". In the hamlet Bričanci 1 km from the centre of Svetvinčenat, in a quiet, sunny position, 15 km from the sea. Private: property 70 m2 (fenced), small garden with flowers. Terrace (15 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 1 km, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 1 km, pebble beach 15 km, rocky beach 15 km. Walking paths from the house 200 m, cycle lane 250 m.  
2-room semi-detached house on the ground floor. Living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. No heating option. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed.
