This holiday home is a beautifully restored Istrian stone house with a large garden and a cozy covered terrace. The house is located in central Istria in Smoljanci, a small and quiet village. The well-known resort of Rovinj is about 13 km away. The holiday home guarantees a private atmosphere because of a stone wall that is not visible from the outside.
On the property you will not only find the private pool, but also many green plants that spoil you with their Mediterranean aroma and therefore offer relaxation for body and soul. During the construction of the house, attention was paid to every detail and every stone on the house was worked by hand.
House for 8 + 1 people: approx. 160 m² on three floors. The warm and tastefully decorated interior welcomes you as a home away from home. The ground floor has an open-plan living room with dining area and a direct exit to the outside terrace with dining area. A fully equipped kitchen will meet all of your needs. The bathroom with shower / toilet is also on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two double rooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. In the attic there is a large bedroom with double bed and two single beds (each 90x200 cm) and a living room with TV and couch (140x180; suitable for one person).
Other: The house is equipped with WiFi and there are private parking spaces available. For guests of the holiday home Mona Lisa there is free opportunity for a nice N.P. Brijuni and Dolphin boat trips departing from Pula. Up to 6 bicycles can be rented free of charge.
