It can accommodate up to eight people and has three bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen with dining area. The ground floor of the villa consists of a bright, open-plan living, dining and cooking area, which is decorated with numerous unusual details. Upstairs there are three cosy bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms that leave nothing to be desired. It is immediately apparent that this villa has been furnished with great care and attention to detail. Outside there is a private pool, which will provide the necessary refreshment on hot summer days. Relax on the sun loungers around the pool and enjoy the view of the picturesque Istrian countryside! Right next to the pool is a covered terrace with a barbecue where you can put your culinary skills to the test and try out the many local specialities. Darts and table tennis also provide additional variety and entertainment. The property has two private car parks and is fully fenced for added security. Pula, the largest and most important city in Istria, is only 15 kilometres away from Jursici. Here you will find an excellent range of restaurants and attractive shopping facilities. Take a walk through Pula and experience the streets and squares of the old town, some of which date back to Roman times. The impressive amphitheatre in Pula dates back to the 1st century BC and is one of the six largest surviving Roman amphitheatres in the world. Around 30 km from the village of Jursici is Rovinj, one of the most beautiful and luxurious holiday resorts in Croatia. The town looks back on 1700 years of history and is a true architectural gem.
