Terra Grigia is a modern, two-story villa located in Pazin, Croatia. The property offers a beautiful, well-kept garden and a private swimming pool with an internal staircase, perfect for a vacation rental. Guests can enjoy outdoor amenities such as a terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue area. The villa also provides indoor comforts like internet access, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer. Additionally, it features parking for two cars on the premises.

The villa boasts a stunning outdoor space, including a 500 m2 private property and a beautifully maintained garden. Guests can take a refreshing dip in the angular swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm), which is available seasonally from January 1st to December 31st. An outdoor shower, terrace (21 m2), garden furniture, and a barbecue area enhance the alfresco experience.

Unit Layout  
The villa features a spacious 4-room layout spanning 181 square meters across two levels, offering beautiful furnishings and ample space for a comfortable vacation stay. On the ground floor, you'll find a combined living and dining area that spans 57 square meters, complete with an open-hearth fireplace (for decorative purposes), a satellite TV with a flat screen, a hi-fi system, and a DVD player, as well as air conditioning for your comfort. This area leads out to a terrace and the villa's swimming pool. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, and a freezer. There is also a separate guest bathroom on this level.  
  
Amenities Included  
The villa is thoughtfully appointed with a range of amenities to enhance your vacation experience. Air conditioning is available throughout the property, ensuring a comfortable stay during warmer months. A washing machine and barbecue facilities are provided for your convenience. The villa is also equipped with a dishwasher, satellite TV, heating, a microwave, and a television. With a maximum capacity of six guests, the villa boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms, offering ample space for families or groups.  
  
Other Information  
The upper floor of the villa features three well-appointed bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind. The first bedroom has a double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm (length 200 cm), a shower, bidet, and a separate toilet, as well as air conditioning. The second bedroom also offers a double bed of the same size and air conditioning. The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds measuring 90 cm (length 200 cm) and air conditioning. An additional shower, bidet, and toilet are also located on this level. The villa is equipped with heating for your convenience during cooler months. Outside, you'll find a spacious terrace spanning 35 square meters, complete with terrace furniture, deck chairs, and a box-room. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the swimming pool. For your added convenience, the villa provides a safe, a high chair for children, and a baby cot. Internet access is available through a free WiFi connection. Pets are welcome, with one dog or pet allowed on the premises.
