### Villa Janko by Villas Guide

Vila Janko is located not far from the traditional Istrian village of Sveti Lovreč. The main feature of the villa is certainly its traditional interior which will make you feel like a local here. The villa is completely covered in Istrian stone, which will provide a pleasant freshness on hot summer days.   
  
On the ground floor of the villa, there is a living room with a comfortable seating area that you can use for family gatherings, and if it's a cold day, you don't have to worry because you can warm yourself by the fireplace. There is also a TV with satellite programs, so you have plenty entertainment options. There is also a dining area and a kitchen equipped with all the necessary facilities for preparing a hearty breakfast or a traditional Istrian meal.   
  
On the upper floor of the villa there are 2 bedrooms with large beds and high ceilings. The walls are also lined with stone from the inside and traditional elements such as wooden beams have been used for decoration, which creates a special atmosphere. The guests also have a spacious bathroom where they can find all the necessary facilities, including a bathtub and a hair dryer.   
  
In the courtyard of the villa there is a spacious terrace with lush Mediterranean vegetation so that you can enjoy the shade at any time. There is also an outdoor swimming pool that will provide refreshment on hot summer days. In addition, there is also an outdoor fireplace at your disposal, which you can use for pleasant gatherings during long summer evenings and prepare delicious grill dishes. The villa also features a Finnish sauna, so it is a great choice for cooler days as well. It is completely by a stone wall and fence, so you can enjoy complete privacy, and thanks to the abundance of lush greenery, you will feel as if you are staying in nature at all times.   
  
In the immediate vicinity of the villa is Sveti Lovreč, a small Istrian town that is particularly interesting for its Roman history, so here you will find preserved towers and city gates from the Venetian era. The villa is located in a central location, so popular tourist destinations such as Poreč, Pula and Rovinj are easily accessible. In the immediate vicinity of the villa you will also find numerous traditional Istrian taverns and wineries where you can enjoy the unique specialties of Istrian cuisine or some really good Istrian wine.
