Villa Vinci is located in the peaceful village of Nedešćina, a hidden gem of the Istrian countryside where modern luxury and the charm of traditional Istrian architecture come together. This carefully designed villa offers the perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment, making it an ideal choice for families or groups of friends seeking an unforgettable holiday in the heart of Istria. With a capacity for up to 8 people and numerous additional amenities, Villa Vinci promises a memorable stay that will exceed your expectations.  
Villa Vinci is fully air-conditioned, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere throughout the year. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious and modern kitchen, equipped with all necessary utensils for preparing delicious meals. Available are a stove, oven, refrigerator, and other appliances to satisfy even the most demanding cooks. The kitchen area continues into the dining room, where a large table for 8 people invites you to enjoy meals together and socialize.  
The living room is designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. It features a comfortable sofa bed, an armchair, and a table where you can unwind in the evening while watching TV. The ground floor also houses two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, each equipped with showers. Additionally, there’s an extra bathroom with a shower, providing all guests with maximum comfort.  
Upstairs, there are two bright and cozy bedrooms, each with two single beds and the option of additional beds if needed. Guests in these rooms have access to a shared bathroom with a shower, ensuring ample space for everyone. The spacious and practical layout allows comfortable living for both larger groups and families with children.  
Villa Vinci offers an exceptional outdoor setting, a true paradise for relaxation and enjoyment. On the spacious terrace, you’ll find a 24 m² pool surrounded by eight sun loungers, perfect for sunbathing and unwinding in peace. Two additional loungers are available under the pavilion, offering shade and comfort even on hot summer days.  
For culinary enthusiasts, there’s an outdoor charcoal or wood grill where you can prepare delicious meals and enjoy a unique gastronomic experience. Next to the grill is a covered dining table for a larger group of people, surrounded by lush greenery and a beautifully landscaped garden that provides ample space for social gatherings and children’s games. Additionally, the villa has a tavern with an indoor fireplace and a fully-equipped kitchen, including a table and benches, where you can prepare traditional Istrian dishes and share them with your loved ones.  
Villa Vinci offers numerous additional facilities that ensure your complete comfort. There’s a separate outdoor toilet with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron, which is especially convenient for longer stays. If you’re traveling with children, you’ll appreciate the high chair and baby cot available at no extra charge.
