Property Summary  
Villa Goretini is a beautiful single-family house spanning two stories, nestled in the hamlet of Šumber, just 7 km from the center of Labin and 12 km from Rabac in Pazin, Croatia. This vacation rental offers a serene and sunny countryside setting, yet within a convenient 12 km distance from the sea. The property boasts a sprawling 3,000 square meter area with a wildlife garden and trees, providing a tranquil oasis. Amenities include a seasonal swimming pool (available from May 1st to October 30th) with an angular shape measuring 4 x 9 meters and a depth of 140 cm, complete with an internal staircase for easy access. The outdoor space also features a shower, table tennis setup, volleyball court, terrace, barbecue area, and a children's playground with a slide and swing. Additionally, the house is equipped with WiFi, a trampoline, and a washing machine for your convenience. Parking is available on the premises, accommodating up to three cars.

The outdoor area of this property offers a truly exceptional experience. Spanning over 3,000 square meters, it features a wildlife garden and lush trees, creating a serene and natural ambiance. Guests can indulge in a refreshing swim in the angular swimming pool (4 x 9 meters, depth 140 cm), which is available seasonally from May 1st to October 30th and features an internal staircase for easy access. After a dip, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower or engage in recreational activities such as table tennis or volleyball on the dedicated courts. The terrace provides the perfect setting for alfresco dining, complete with a barbecue area for grilling delicious meals. The tastefully furnished living/dining room features an open-hearth fireplace (for decorative purposes only), satellite TV, and air conditioning. The living area provides access to the terrace and swimming pool. One bedroom is equipped with a French bed (160 cm, 200 cm length) and air conditioning. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and air conditioning. There is a shower room with bidet/WC and a separate WC on the same level. The upper floor houses two additional bedrooms: one with two beds (90 cm, 200 cm length), a shower room with bidet/WC, and air conditioning; the other with a French bed (160 cm, 200 cm length), a shower room with bidet/WC, TV, and air conditioning.

The property is equipped with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. These include air conditioning throughout, a washing machine, a dryer, an iron, mosquito nets, and a hair dryer. Additionally, internet access (WiFi) is provided free of charge.
