La Donja (LBN340) is a semi-detached house with two storeys, offering a delightful vacation rental experience in Pazin, Croatia. The property boasts a private lawn and an above-ground swimming pool, perfect for relaxation during the warmer months (available from May 8 to September 25). Enjoy the outdoors with a terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue area. Additionally, you'll have access to internet WiFi and a washing machine within the house, as well as parking facilities for up to three cars on the premises.

Immerse yourself in the tranquil surroundings of this property, nestled in the hamlet of Paradiž, just 10 km from Labin's center. The expansive 1,700 m2 shared property features lush lawns and beautiful plants, creating a serene oasis for your holiday retreat. Exclusively for your use, you'll have a 200 m2 private area with a lawn and an angular above-ground swimming pool (5 x 2 m, 15 m2, depth 110 cm) available during the seasonal period from May 8 to September 25. Relax on the terrace equipped with comfortable garden furniture and enjoy al fresco dining with the provided barbecue facilities.

For your convenience, the property offers an outdoor kitchen with two hot plates, perfect for preparing delicious meals al fresco. Additionally, you'll have access to a washing machine within the house and internet WiFi to stay connected during your stay.

While enjoying your vacation rental in Pazin, Croatia, you'll be within close proximity to various amenities and attractions. Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 4-room semi-detached house with a total area of 90 square meters spread across two levels. The living/dining room is equipped with a double sofabed, an open-hearth fireplace (for decorative purposes only), satellite TV, and air conditioning. This area provides access to the terrace. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove with four rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower/WC on the ground floor.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation experience. Air conditioning is available throughout the house, including in the entrance hall on the upper floor. There is a washing machine and a barbecue for outdoor grilling. Other amenities include a dishwasher, satellite TV, microwave, and television. The maximum capacity of the house is 8 people, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  
  
Other Information  
The upper floor features an entrance hall with air conditioning, one room with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), another room with a French bed (140 cm, length 200 cm) and access to a balcony, and a third room with two beds. There is an additional shower/WC on this level. The property does not have a heating option. Outdoor spaces include a 23 square meter terrace, partly roofed, with terrace and balcony furniture. Facilities such as a children's high chair and baby cot are provided. Internet (WiFi) is available for free throughout the property. Please note that this is a non-smoking house.
