Points faibles : Service et personnel #### Dishonest manager but otherwise lovely hotel The hotel itself is very clean, comfortable, and meets Western standards for a 3 star hotel. Most of the staff was very kind and helpful, and the location is very convenient because it is within walking distance to the Suzhou Museum, the Garden of the Humble Administrator, and several other tourist destinations. Unfortunately, despite the fact that my reservation was for two people and paid for in advance, the hotel had given away our room and only had a room available for one person. The first clerk who helped us said that she was concerned that the bed would not be big enough for two since it was meant for one person. She said the reservation was for just one person. But I showed her the reservation I had for two, and she then called in her manager. The manager repeatedly said that the bed was for 1-2 people. But the bed was only 1.5 meters wide, and I'm pretty sure that what happened was that the hotel gave away our room despite our reservation.
