コスパも良く、申し分なし
常時ではないが、日本語対応可能なスタッフがおり助かった。 施設そのものは、清掃も行き届いており申し分なし。 Wi-Fiの接続が最初うまくいかず、詳しく説明を受けたいときに、日本語堪能なスタッフ不在で手こずったことが唯一残念。 コスパも良く、総合的に良いホテルだと思います。

商業街に程近い
チェックイン時は片言だが、日本語が出来るスタッフが居て安心した。 スイートを予約したが、部屋の清潔感は標準並みでした。。 朝チェックアウト後、蘇州駅までのタクシーも迅速に呼んでくれて中国ホテルにしては対応も丁寧でした。

チェックイン、エアコン、Wi-Fiコネクト状況が最悪でした。 英語も然程に通じぜず、宿泊した2日間は良い印象を持てませんでした。 シャワーのお湯も緩く、大寒波の中では体も温まりませんでした。

날씨가 아직은 더운날씨였는데 냉방이 되지않아서 선풍기에 의존해야했다. 교통은 좋은편이고 프론트 대응도 좋았지만 조식은 금액에 비해 부실한편이다.

日本料理屋の充実した商業街に近く、市内へのアクセスも良いホテル
フロントの対応が良かったです。日本語ができるスタッフもいるため、中国語に自信が無い人にもオススメです。 ただ、清掃をしないように表示していても、清掃員の方が入って来たのは中国ならではかなと思いました（笑） リーズナブルに泊まれるホテルとしては大変良かったです。
