Hôtel joliment décoré, confortable, propre, extérieur bien entretenu. Le parc adjacent est magnifique, la piscine intérieure est jolie, agréable et propre tout comme la salle de fitness. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. A l'accueil, il y a toujours une personne qui parle anglais.

beautiful experience in Suzhou
The hotel is very nice and the amazing thing is the direct access from the hotel to a very beautiful park. You can hear the bird singing in the morning, the hotel is huge with a nice chinese style. The personel is ready to help you. It is a very good central place to visit the city. 2 coffee-bakery are next to the hotel if you want to have a continental breakfast for a very low price. From the park you can take a little boat just like in Venice and enjoy a tour in the deep and quiet Suzhou.

The hotel holds exquisite features of scenic gardens, sculptured bridges, rushing water and towers to display the history and culture of this garden city in China. It has become one of the landmarks building in Suzhou City. The hotel is strategically connected with the famous Panmen Gate Scenery Area, which has become a tourist resort showing the unique historic and cultural features of Suzhou. I'm looking forward to your visit again.

Un hotel de grand luxe avec un personnel dévoué
le Pan Pacific est l'ancien Sheraton. Immense, splendide. avec des chambres belles et soignées, du linge et lits de qualité, un petit déjeuner magnifique qui vous permet de courir les jardins de Suzhou avec énergie. D'autant que l'Hotel est très bien situé. La piscine est immense. Bref un séjour très confortable et reposant dans un luxe maitrisé.

Location is great. The problems I experienced and ran into: 1. There are co-op students helping out at the breakfast buffet area. Many were eager to learn and help with the exception of this one girl, her expression and body language shows that she doesn't want to be there. I saw her picking her nose, putting her finger in her mouth and subsequently placing her hands in a basket full of chopsticks and rolling them. 2. There's limited dinning around/outside of the hotel. 3. The local ride sharing drivers and/taxi doesn't know where to go when they come or drop off guests...there's two main entrance to this hotel...confusing the drivers.

The staffs are very nice, but this is the only merit of this hotel. The building and the garden is nice, at a glance. But once you pass the lobby, facilities are in extremely poor condition, carbon is damge, the basin in bathroom is leaking, etc. If the above still acceptable, the design layout of the room is ridiculous. I book a deluxe room with garden view, the most expensive I can find on hotel.com. but after I enter the room, I find out even I have a garden view room, but I can not enjoy it, because the people pass the walkway, and they can directly see my room if I open the curtain. It also happen on other rooms. Like when I walkpass, I saw a almost man in his room undressing, room number is 312x, makes both of us extremely embarrassed. Just wish to ask the designer, did he considered the privacy of the client? What a generous design. Also, I have no idea what the management thinking. On my last stay, they have some event in the garden. Since 8 or 9 am, I was woke up by the loud speaker, combing with the echo, whole room is shaking. And this last more than a few hours. I can understand the hotel hold some event, but please also consider other client. I'm sure most client choose this type of garden hotel mainly because they love quite place rather than enjoying loud speaker and shaking window/room for a few hours. Anyway, I will not choose this hotel anymore, even its free.

Beautiful property, and convenient access to the Panmen Gardens. Quite a number of the staff can speak English, some can read English, all were helpful. Only complain is the front lobby was undergoing renovations, so space to move inside the front lobby was limited. Front lobby is on the third level, so if you did not encounter a staff upon arrival, you may get lost.My friend who arrived later got lost trying to find the lobby for the first time. He did not encounter the staff at level 1 when he arrived.

The building is fascinating and the direct access to the gardens at Pan Men Gate is a wonderful amenity. The concierges were very helpful too. The #2 bus, which takes one to many of the tourist sites, stops just outside the door and runs reasonably frequently during the day and evening. We used it constantly. Do not have the Dim Sum lunch in the hotel's Chinese restaurant. It was overpriced and not very good. Also, the waiter offered us a pot of "new tea," which was wildly overpriced . We spent more on that one meal than we spent on all of the other four delicious meals we ate during the rest of our visit to Suzhou.

のんびりした気分にさせてくれるホテルです
世界遺産の盤門が隣で、朝のウォーキングで十分楽しむことができ、ホテルでものんびりとした気分で過ごすことができました。部屋もきれいに清掃されていました。朝食も、蘇州ならではの食事もありおいしかったです。ただ、チェックイン時に部屋のキーだけ渡されて、部屋、朝食場所の説明がなく、こちらからいろいろと質問して聞く感じでした。  地下鉄4号線南門を利用して観光もできました。(1番出口付近は、工事をしていて歩道なく車道歩くので注意が必要です。)
