This spacious and inviting property offers an unforgettable experience for up to 10 guests. Things to note about the property: \- Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company) \- Aircon and Wi-Fi are available. \- No smoking inside the house \- No pets allowed. Inside: Upon entering, you'll be greeted by an open-plan layout that seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room. This design allows for a comfortable and sociable atmosphere, where everyone can gather and relax together. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you need to prepare delicious meals, and the large dining table provides ample space for everyone to enjoy their meals together. The house features four beautifully appointed bedrooms, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests. The main bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom, complete with a luxurious spa bath, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. In addition to the ensuite, there are two more bathrooms, ensuring convenience and privacy for all. It smelt a bit like swamp. But the property was very spacious and had plenty of space for our group of 10\. Kids had plenty of fun too. The sofa lounge near front of the house could have been bit more cleaner. The backyard too wasn't clean. The bush were all overgrown and spread on both sides of the steps in the backyard. Better book firm text with real estate agent managing it rather than going through Stayz which did almost nothing except charging me a fee and rewire deposit to property manager, Stayz should’ve arrange the automatic payment of the remainder of the rents.
