1. At check-in, the room was the same temp as outside (~40F). We turned the heater on, and the air in the room heated up quickly, but as soon as the heater went off, the room cooled quickly because of the cold floors, walls, furniture, etc. The heater cycled on and off through the evening alternating between suffocating hot air when on, and cold shortly after it turned off. Since the heater blows air directly on the bed, we could not have it on overnight and relied on a small electric heater provided. However, by morning, the room was 55F (according to the display on the small heater) and we were very cold. This was unacceptable. On our second day, we ran the heater for much of the day and managed to heat up the walls, etc. enough so that the room temperature was tolerable overnight. 2. Bathroom sink drain ran so slowly that the sink filled up and took 10+ minutes to drain. After our first night, we asked this to be repaired. On our second night, there was no change to the problem. When we checked out, we asked about this and were told it had been worked on. Obviously, it had not been tested after being worked on. 3. On Friday afternoon, maintenance workers on the property were burning branches, pine needles, and other debris just a short distance from the rooms. The resulting smoke impacted the air quality significantly. Mind you, they are only open Thurs-Sun this time of year, and they were burning on a Friday afternoon! 4. Between 9am4pm on Sat, BT speaker disappeared.
