"A little run down but hotel was exactly what we needed. Customer service was great, friendly team. Location was perfect, close to shopping and restaurants and access to the light rail and trains and also a short walk to Darling Harbour. The cafe downstairs is amazing, top service and amazing coffee. I will definitely stay here again!"
