Room had musty smell. Bathroom floor was dirty. Bathroom ceiling needed repair. Breakfast re-stocking slow.

The elevator was out of service, so we had to carry our luggage up and down five flights of stairs and walk them every time we left. The room wasn’t very clean—the floors were dirty, and it looked like the bed hadn’t been properly cleaned from the previous guests. The hot tub was closed, and despite staff saying it had just broken, it looked like it had been out of service for quite some time. The pool was also much smaller than expected. The balcony constantly smelled like marijuana from other guests smoking, making it unusable. If you wanted fresh towels, you had to go to the fourth floor yourself, and none of the ice machines worked. At checkout, the clerk simply pointed to a box to drop the keys in and showed no interest in helping or asking about our stay. The only positives were that the A/C kept the room nice and cold, and the shower had plenty of hot water. Overall, it was decent enough for a place to sleep, but I’d recommend spending a little more for a cleaner hotel with working amenities and better customer service.

At first glance, the room appeared clean, but we quickly noticed there was feces on the toilet seat and used dental floss left on the nightstand when we checked in. That immediately made us question the cleanliness of the room. The beds were uncomfortable, the pillows were completely flat, and the air conditioning unit was extremely loud, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The bathroom amenities were disappointing. They only provided Dial shampoo and Dial body wash—no conditioner at all—so be sure to bring your own toiletries. There were also only two washcloths provided and no hand towels. The coffee bar was only open until 10:00 a.m., which felt limiting, especially for guests who wanted coffee later in the morning. The staff didn’t interact with our family much during our stay. They were pleasant if we greeted them first, but there wasn’t much hospitality beyond that. Finally, the hotel only has one elevator, so be prepared to wait, especially during busy times. Overall, for the amount of money we spent on the room, I expected a much cleaner, more comfortable, and more accommodating experience.

It seemed alot of people staying on the property had been long time customers, which says alot! Hopefully we can stay here again!

This place is cozy, and pristine. There were activities to do on very hot days as well as activities to do on rainy days. The kids were always entertained. The bedding and furniture were comfortable. It gave off an “at home” vibe as opposed to a resort vide. Drinks were excellent, and not too sweet because the ingredients were quality, so there was no need to mask them with sugar. The coffee shop was excellent. The restaurants served great food. My only complaint is that the restaurants close early on weekends, and it was difficult to get food after leaving the pool. Other than that, I highly recommend this place!
