Le Colombier Gîtes offers five high-quality, recently renovated cottages (2 to 4 bedrooms each), ideal for group stays in a peaceful countryside setting. The property includes a large heated swimming pool (in season) that meets safety standards, a vast outbuilding, and an orchard where children can play freely.  
  
Each gîte features a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms (no bunk beds or dormitories), and bathrooms with both bath and shower. Wood-burning stoves and electric heating ensure a cosy stay year-round.  
  
Located just minutes from the historic town of Surgères and 30 minutes from La Rochelle and its beaches, the property is close to top attractions like the Marais Poitevin, La Palmyre Zoo, Futuroscope, and the islands of Oléron, Ré, and Aix.
