If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment. Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. The monday after we arrived, contractors showed up to repair the undersiding of the house (some had already fallen down, they removed some sections before we arrived) to start removing and replacing. The contractors were nice as can be and even let us know before they started work considering we were never told by surfside beach there was going to be active construction on the house while we were there. I'm annoyed that it happened while we were there and had to hear banging, oscillating tools and drills for 8 hours for 3 of the days we were there.
