Welcome to your perfect beach getaway at OL1826! This spacious and well-appointed 2-bedroom, 2 full bath home offers everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay. Comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. The home has two queen beds and features a cozy pull-out sleeper sofa, making it ideal for families or a small group of friends.  
  
Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, in-home washer and dryer, and two full bathrooms—no need to share! The open living and dining area provides plenty of space to unwind after a day of fun in the sun.   
  
Your stay includes a complimentary golf cart, making it easy to explore the resort. Whether you're heading to the beach, the pool, or just cruising around the community, you’ll love the added convenience.  
This 2-bedroom, 2-bath home is ready for your fun-filled vacation where you will enjoy everything Ocean Lakes has to offer.

\-Parking Fee: $12/day per vehicle (if paid online 10+ days before check-in); $15/day if paid after that, per Ocean Lakes policy  
\-Ocean Lakes has a 12:00 AM community-wide curfew  
  
\*\*Golf Cart Use: Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license on file to operate  
\*Golf Carts are not registered to be on public roads and are not to leave the Campground at any time for any reason. Taking them off premises will result in it being taken away for the remainder of your stay with no compensation or discount.  
  
Security Deposit and Agreements:  
Guests are required to sign Surfwind Rentals Guest Agreement and Golf Cart Agreement and authorize a security deposit to be held on your card prior to reservation.   
The hold will be placed the day before check-in and will be released once the home passes inspection and Ocean Lakes confirms no violations were received during guests stay.  
  
🛎️ Guest Access + Support:  
Guests have full access to the entire cottage, including the wraparound deck, golf cart, and driveway for parking. You'll also have easy access to the campground amenities like the store and waterpark. The Resort itself is a beachfront resort with a mile stretch of a beautiful sandy beach!   
Check-in is contactless using a digital keypad or lock box for your convenience.  
  
 We take pride in offering great guest service! We are a family-run business and are always just a message away! One of us is always available via the Airbnb app, phone, or email to help with anything you need.
