We found it to be as described. My only problem with the unit was being on the downstairs and being able to hear the people upstairs. It was pretty noisy. Overall, it met our needs and we enjoyed our stay.

#### Wonderful Cottage By the Sea

This upper level unit has been remodeled beautifully! The bedding is very comfortable and the bedrooms were perfect for our small family of four. The porch/deck is half covered with plenty of seating. It's centrally and conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, Fuller Park (check out the upcoming activities & farmer's market) and some of the best Surfside Beach restaurants like Bubba's Fish Shack, River City Cafe, Gracious Pig Smokehouse & Pizza Hyena! The only suggestion is that they need to add a comfy chair in the small living area or upsize the small sofa to an L-shape to accommodate 4 or more guests. We would definitely rent this unit and possibly the lower level again! Overall 5 stars!!!
