HEATED POOLS Houses advertised with a heated pool can be heated during the following time periods: March 1st- June 1st and September 1st- November 1st of each year. Please note that pool heaters will not operate if the air temperature surrounding the heat pump drops below 55 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool heat will only heat the water 10 to 15 degrees warmer than the air temperature. Houses that offer pool heat (standard size pool) have an additional fee of $375 (electric) or $500 (gas) and must be requested to be added to the reservation. A few of our premier homes that have oversized pools have an additional fee of $600 to heat. Please request to add on pool heat after booking your reservation. Pool heat must be added more than 72 hours from the day of check in and cannot be added after arrival. \*The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment. Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. It's just not what you want to do after traveling all day.With a few improvements—especially addressing the leak and musty smell—this home could be a top-notch rental.
