EXTERIOR FEATURES 2nd Floor Oceanfront Unit, Private Oceanfront Balcony, 2 Parking Spots, Shared Pool (Open Seasonally from April 1st-October 1st; Pool Hours: 9am-8pm), Outdoor Shower, Non Smoking Unit, No Pets Allowed. No Electric Vehicles, Hybrids, Trailers, Golf Carts, or Scooters are allowed to park under the building; charging of electric vehicles prohibited. SLEEP ACCOMMODATIONS (Three): 1 King, 1 Queen, Twin over Twin Bunk, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in Living Room BATHROOM LOCATIONS (Two): 2 Hall Access PROPERTY AMENITIES Internet, Televisions, Heat and Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer and Dryer, Range and Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt and pepper, sugar, etc as needed. The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment. Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option.
