Surfwatch II 101 EXTERIOR FEATURES 1st Floor Ocean Front Unit, Community Outdoor Pool (Open seasonally from April 1st-October 1st) - Professionally Maintained, Outdoor Shower, Private Oceanfront Balcony, Elevator, 1 Parking Spot, Private Balcony, Non Smoking Unit, No Pets Allowed, Golf Carts, Trailers and Motorcycles Are Not Allowed SLEEP ACCOMMODATIONS (Two) 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in Living Room BATHROOM LOCATIONS (Two) 2 Hall Access PROPERTY AMENITIES Linens and bath towels are provided at this property for all weekly reservations! This property offers complimentary linens! High Speed Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Pillows & Comforters, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed. \*The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment. Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment.
