This unit features a fully-equipped electric kitchen complete with breakfast bar and stools, food disposal, frost-free refrigerator, self-cleaning oven, and microwave and dishwasher. Other amenities include LVT flooring throughout the main living areas, two furnished patios, washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Four TVs (cable, 60-inch HD in living room, 40-inch HD, 2 32-inch HDs), DVD player, stereo with CD player, telephone, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king, one queen, one double and one twin-sized bed, plus a double-sized sofa bed. Common area includes swimming pool, outdoor showers and courtyard with outdoor charcoal grills. No elevator. Limit two parking passes per unit. No golf carts. No trailers. No pets. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner. Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile-long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district.
