About a minute walk to stick your toes in the sand and enjoy the ocean. The water park complex is within walking distance also. There are two spacious decks, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room to socialize or relax. The master bedroom is located on the main level with four additional rooms on the upper level. There are three full baths plus an outside hot shower to rinse off after the beach. The washer/dryer are located on the main level for your convenience. Derby Shores Beach House has free wifi and each room has its own TV. A big thank you to the cleaning crew as well—one of our teens accidentally left their AirPods behind, and they were found and mailed back to us right away. There is plenty of family fun things to do inside ocean lakes campground and no need to ever leave the campground. The beach is a close walk or you can rent a golf cart for a steep price though, but it is the best way to get around the campground. We loved hanging out on the nicely shaded lower deck during the day and making new family memories. The upper deck also provided plenty of sun to lay out in. We enjoyed fishing, playing in the ocean, sitting on the porch, cooking in the well supplied kitchen and resting and sleeping! It was the perfect location! ##### Janet K.
