Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc., as needed. The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment. Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. The furniture on the porches is rusted and surfaces broken. All the porches were so dirty. I had to clean the tables before we could eat on them, and mop the floors to keep dirt from coming in. There were old bones from an animal on the back porch steps to pool, the cushions on all the chairs had bird droppings on them. One does not expect to pay this amount of money and have to work to make the areas usable. Never again will I rent a house from this company. ##### Carol R.
