PROPERTY AMENITIES Elevator (Ground Floor to 2nd Floor), Internet, Televisions with Streaming Capability, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed. HOT TUB HEAT Built In Hot Tubs at homes advertised with this amenity are available to be heated year-round. Please note that heating performance may be affected by outdoor temperatures, most systems will not operate effectively if the surrounding air temperature falls below 55°F. We recommend requesting hot tub heat at the time of booking. It must be added at least 72 hours prior to check-in and cannot be added after arrival. Houses that offer pool heat (standard size pool) have an additional fee of $375 (electric) or $500 (gas) and must be requested to be added to the reservation. A few of our premier homes that have oversized pools have an additional fee of $600 to heat. Please request to add on pool heat after booking your reservation. Pool heat must be added more than 72 hours from the day of check in and cannot be added after arrival. \*The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment. Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. But I never rented a house that had a hot tub with overflow in the pool that you had to pay for heat I don’t know anyone who would want sit in the hot tub of cool water? and charge 500 for a week is a little asinine. so we opted as I think anybody who enjoys using the hot tub to pay for the heat and to a surprise when we get there there isn’t any control panel in the box to turn the hot tub on so you’re sitting in wading pool of warm water. Apparently they knew there was a problem, never reached out even after paying for heat.after a couple of days of texting and email they finally send someone out to try to address the problem which they never really did the first fix was to turn the blower on manually and leave it run 24 seven which didn’t work all it did was drain the hot tub of all the water then they came back fixed that problem they gave us a refund for the heat and then shut the heat off for the last couple days. the house was not clean. Nobody was happy with the cleanliness of the house. It was not filthy, but it was not clean. We couldn’t get in the home on time. The locks weren’t working. They had to send a person to get us in the home. The home is located on the corner, with easy access to beach and all activities. We were able to walk to get breakfast, and easy uber rides to Myrtle/MurrellsWe enjoyed relaxing by the pool, and the several balconies were a great touch. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were big and clean. Couldn’t be a better weekend for a reunion with family and friends. Would definitely stay again, and highly recommend. ##### Dylan D.
