Located just a few blocks from the beach, this condo is perfectly positioned for sun-filled days on the sand, exploring local shops and restaurants, or simply unwinding in a peaceful setting. Whether you’re looking for adventure or a quiet getaway, Sea Grove 202 has everything you need for a relaxing and memorable coastal escape. EXTERIOR FEATURES 2nd Floor Unit, Private Balcony, Shared Pool (Open Seasonally From April 1st to October 1st from 9am-10pm Daily) - Professionally Maintained, Outdoor Shower, Private Balcony, Trailers & Motorcycles are Not Permitted at Complex, Golf Carts Permitted (Count as 1 Parking Spot), Non-Smoking Unit, No Pets Allowed SLEEP ACCOMMODATIONS (Two): 1 King, 1 Full & 1 Twin, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa (Livingroom) BATHROOM LOCATIONS (Two): 2 Private PROPERTY AMENITIES Internet (Smart TV’s), Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed. \*The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment. Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival.
