Step inside this charming townhouse and be greeted by a bright, open living area designed for comfort and ease. The lounge features a generously sized 7-seat couch, smart TV, and tasteful décor with natural light streaming in. A dining area with ample seating and a fully equipped kitchen makes entertaining or family meals a breeze.  
  
The three bedrooms are thoughtfully appointed. Upstairs, the main bedroom includes an ensuite and portable heating and cooling for year-round comfort. Two additional bedrooms, both with ceiling fans and portable heaters, provide flexibility with a mix of queen and single beds—perfect for families or groups. A dedicated study nook is nestled in the twin room, ideal for remote work or reading.  
  
Step out to a private balcony featuring a full outdoor setting and BBQ—perfect for al fresco dining or morning coffee.
