"Room was ok and so far all except safety box worked well. Corridors on 7th floor have plenty water leak marks on ceilings, definitely need some fixings. Rooms have all in one shower gel in shower but no soaps or anything else apart from toothbrushes kits. Breakfast could have been better no continental choices apart from two type of fruits and cereals. Bit disappointing for 4 star hotel to have mini salad bar and asian dishes only "

"Very welcoming hotel. Clean, spacious and wonderful staff. Food is good with plenty if choice for everyone. The gym is a bit dated but has enough equipment. Calm atmosphere all around. "

"Hotel was excellent with big room. Room was clean. Toilet cover needs to be changed coz it looks old and dirty. Breakfast spread was great. I will come back again for sure if I’m going to Surabaya. Staffs were friendly and polite. "

"Location is fantastic. Place is very happening. Turn right and walk down to first road juncion and turn right again and an entire street selling local stuff as well as a market. We booked 6 rooms and a suite. Rooms were very nice and staff very attentive. Only comment is the bath towels were a little threadbare. Other than that everything is very good!!!!"
